## The space The chalet offers space for 6 people. It has 3 bedrooms with double beds a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a perfect stay. During summer our beautiful garden corner with seating table and chairs invites you to relax after an eventful day. ## Other things to note Important: Depending on the booking platform you use for your reservation, the city tax and the deposit may be charged separately. ## 1.Please honor the earliest checkin time and max checkout times as they are stated, they are important for our organizational processes 2. Quiet time after 10 PM 3. When checking in, please report any damages, if you see any 4. Smoking only in outside areas. Smoking inside will be fined with 200 CHF 5. Please leave the apartment in a fair state. Extra cleaning hour costs 50 CHF ##Important: In winter, you must bring snow chains for your car. Also, the neighborhood is very sensitive to noise: quiet and good behavior is expected.

There is a shopping centre 1 km away, a restaurant 1.2 km away, a café 800 m away. The city centre can be reached on foot in 15 minutes or you can take the bus (bus stop "Aspi" 200 m away). The train station "Dorf" is 1.8 km away. Well-known lakes can be reached in no time: Lake Thun / Lake Brienz is only 20 km away. There is also an outdoor and indoor swimming pool, a golf course (9 holes), tennis courts, mini golf and a sports centre in the immediate vicinity. If you want to ski in the mountains, the cable car is only 800 metres away and the ski rental/gondola lift 1 km. Ski area First and Männlichen/kl. Scheidegg. The cross-country ski trail is only 200 metres away.
