This Modern minimalism apartment Ideally located in the heart of Rolle, within walking distance of shops, supermarkets, train station, A One business center, the lake, the beach, Le Rosey, La Côte International School, and the chateau. In the heart of La Côte, 25 minutes from Geneva and 20 minutes from Lausanne, this place appreciated its beautiful flowery shores and is suitable for both family vacation and business visits.
I am an enthusiastic, reliable, and hard working property manager. I provide comfortable accommodations for your business trips and family holidays. I love good food, movies, quality family time, traveling around the world and having meaningful conversations with friends. During your stay, I am not always available to meet you in person; but I am always available to answer your questions.
The area in witch the property is located is one of the top neighborhoods in the region of lake Geneva. Very safe and with all type of restaurants and stores near by. The apartment has a very peaceful atmosphere and tranquility feeling most of the time. people around here are friendly and very helpful. Rolle occupies a privileged position on the Coast, between Geneva and Lausanne. Also called The Pearl of Lake Geneva, its fame rests on its idyllic lakeside where I'lle de la Harpe offers a postcard setting. Along the picturesque Grand-Rue, charming local shops and grocery stores awaken the senses, while restaurants and their terraces will delight the most demanding palates.
