A modern 4.5 room newly built flat on the 1st floor of a multi-family house with direct passenger elevator access into the flat in the village of Matten. Bus stop, shopping facilities and restaurants are only a few minutes' walk from the flat. The world-famous hiking and skiing region in the Bernese Oberland is also just a few minutes drive away.
The newly built flat consists of 3 bedrooms, each with a high-quality box-spring bed (180 x 200cm), two bathrooms equipped with WC, washbasin and floor-level showers, a spacious kitchen with open-plan dining and living area with sofa, armchair and a TV, as well as two sunny balconies. There is only one parking space available at the accommodation (free of charge). We have no other parking facilities.
The 4.5-room apartment is located in an apartment building on the 1st floor. The apartment is accessible by direct passenger elevator.
