The accommodation unit is ready for occupancy since January 2010, was occupied by us until 2016. It was furnished by us comfortable and functional and is fully equipped, even for a long-term stay. The outdoor pool invites you to swim from April to October. The surrounding area is perfect for walks, hikes, etc. A 10-minute walk down to the lake is also worthwhile. We are both non-smokers and rent out the apartment as such. The description states that smoking is not permitted in any public or private areas. This naturally refers to the area provided by us and rented by you. We are not responsible for the neighboring apartments and have no influence over their behavior.
We have always enjoyed our time here and are very happy if you can also enjoy a wonderful time in this wonderful place. We are both non-smokers and rent out the apartment as such. The residential complex is located in Orselina, overlooking the Bolle di Magadino nature reserve and Magadino airfield. Naturally, the arriving and departing aircraft generate noise, over which we have no control.
