We like to provide to our guests a wunderfull stay in this pleasant region and our apartment for relaxing holidays and time-out. The apartment offers much more than comparable holidays in the region.

Property information

Comfortable holiday apartment with a large, sunny terace/garden and a marvelouse panorama sight over the Swiss Alps. Peacefull place, ideal for summer and winter activities. The apartment has been completely refurbished in 2019 and has been newly equipped with furnitures, decoration and textiles. A modern alpine style with combination of old/new elements and a chimney and outside terrasse and barbecue for relaxing hours. The apartment has a high comfortable level and everything you need for your stay.

Neighbourhood information

Skiing Activities and Summer Activities are the highlight in this area. The major ski resorts "Flims-Laax, Obersaxen, Brigls-Andiast" you reach within a 20 minutes drive. The capital Chur is only 35km away. In Vals you find a famous "hot springs" spa centre. Beside all kind of skiing, biking, mountain walking activities, there are many other activities in the whole mountain area within a short distance of 8-15 km. Restaurants and Shopping are in this rural area in a distance of 7 km (10 Min) drive. In the village there is a small food shop to have the essentials for your stay.
