The Z Studio is a stylish and quiet studio apartment conveniently located right next to the stunning Therme Vals by Swiss architect Peter Zumthor. Sip a morning coffee on the terrace, enjoying views of the mountain side, while planning a day of relaxing hikes, thermal baths, ski or Grisons culinary pleasures...the choice is yours! The studio is easily accessible via public transportation: the PostBus stop is very close to the building and a free ski shuttle stops right in front of the building (in season). The size of the studio is approximately 23sqm (247 sq ft) and consists of a bedroom with annexed small kitchen area and separate bathroom with toilet and shower. With the Vals Guestcards, provided in the studio, you will get a discount on the Therme entrance fees. We are committed to your safety and peace of mind while staying with us: the studio is professionally and thoroughly cleaned before each new guest. Please note that we are not part of the 7132 hotel! This is an independent studio apartment (not a hotel room) with independent access and self check-in, which guarantees privacy and flexibility.

Hi! We are Anna and Nicola. We have been living and working in Switzerland since 2015. We fell in love with Vals at first sight when we first spent our first romantic weekend here on Christmas 2017. We hope you enjoy Vals as much as we do!

Vals is very quiet by day and night. The studio is located in Haus Zervreila, which is literally next to the Therme. An Italian restaurant (DaPapà) is on the ground floor of the same building, with private access from inside the building - you can leave your coat in the studio :). Also in the building, the 7132 Shop is both a café and architecture exhibition/shop. Opposite, Terralpin Alpiner Genussmarkt sells local specialities (cheese, cakes and artifacts) and coffee. At walking distance you will find restaurants, a grocery store and more. The "Vals Therme" bus stop is very conveniently located less than 100m from the building entrance.
