Studio for 1-4 persons. Rustic, spacious, bright and cosy, in a renovated forge in an idyllic farming village. Incl. fireplace and sauna. Completely equipped with kitchenette incl. fridge, dining and sofa area with TV, free Wi-Fi, etc. Large, gorgeous garden to relax in. Good shopping facilities nearby. In 6 minutes walking distance to the train station. Within 30 minutes in Bern and Solothurn. Attractive excursion destinations in the immediate surroundings, in the Emmental, Seeland, Jura. Also suitable for business people.
Susanne and I are dynamic "new pensioners" (65/66). We value good cuisine and often try out new recipes at home. My speciality is grilling whole menus, Susanne helps me with everything to make our guests feel at home. Our hobbies are tennis, cycling and mountain hiking, travelling and dancing. Favourite destinations: Switzerland, Australia, Namibia and Scandinavia. Favourite music: Chris Rea, Adele, Michael Bublé, Mark Knopfler. We are too old for bad wine and too young to do nothing...
Our location is in the middle of Switzerland: ideal to visit the top highlights of Switzerland in Bern, Lucerne, Zurich, Basel, Geneva, etc.. We offer beautiful hiking trails and a large selection of bike tours (you can rent bikes from us). In 15 minutes you are at an idyllic lake for swimming or on 2 golf courses. Our garden invites you to do nothing and relax. We will be happy to assist you in planning your excursions.
