Set off the back road in Vaimaanga, Casa del sol consists of TWO tastefully appointed 3 bedrooms villas as well as Garden Room - tucked away with a private entrance, perfect for couples wanting more privacy from the group. . The layout of the two villas is identical and each villa can sleep up to 7 adults. The first bedroom offers a King size bed with en suite bathroom. A walk in shower with a rain shower head compliments custom designed vanities which offer perfect storage for your personals. The second bedroom offers a king size bed and shares a bathroom with the bunk room. This is perfect configuration for a family with children allowing parents some privacy, as the bathroom separates this bedroom from the bunk room, while having the family together. The bunk room has a custom made bunk bed with a queen size lower bed and king single upper. Bedrooms are fitted with overhead ceiling fans and mosquito screening over windows.

LOCATION 400m walking distance to arguably the best beaches on south west side of Rarotonga. Café, restaurant and supermarket are walking distance from the villa (approx 1km). KITCHEN AND LIVING The bedrooms all open onto a large covered deck which is central to the villa. At the heart of the living area is a sturdy 8 seater dining table as well as a relaxing L shaped outdoor couch over looking the pool and garden. The deck is fitted with ceiling fans and appropriate lighting to make the most of the warm tropical nights. A smaller indoor living area offers a TV with more comfortable seating which leads off the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with good quality wares and as well as standard appliances, oven, gas hob, fridge, microwave, blender and dishwasher. We understand the importance of having great quality utensils and appliances when self catering and have selected these to make the most of your home away from home. OTHER FACILITIES There is a Laundry and salt water swimming pool which has a 5sqm shallow area for seating or for children to enjoy. Please note the pool is NOT fenced so adult supervision is essential. There is also a tree house, sandpit and trampoline.
