This duplex flat with panoramic views of the sea and port of Valparaiso located in a quiet residential area, supermarket and public transport at the door of the building, has lift, parking, fully equipped kitchen with toaster, microwave, electric oven, kitchenware, 2 bedrooms with separate bathroom, porcelain floor and carpet in the rooms, video surveillance throughout the building and roof terrace with panoramic view of all the hills of Valparaiso.
"Welcome to our luxurious private flat in Valparaiso! You will enjoy a breathtaking view of the harbour and the sea from the panoramic terrace. The flat has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 spacious bedrooms with separate bathrooms, private parking, security in the building with video surveillance, and is located in a safe and quiet residential neighbourhood. Within walking distance you will find a supermarket and easy access to public transport. If you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy an unforgettable holiday in the world heritage city, this is the perfect place! We look forward to welcoming you soon!"
"The building where our private duplex flat is located is situated in the residential neighbourhood "Bosque los Ingleses" San Roque hill in Valparaiso, Chile. This neighbourhood is known for its tranquility and security. Within walking distance you will find the Santa Isabel Supermarket, a laundromat, pharmacies, ATMs, restaurants and public transport. In addition, the building has access for people with reduced mobility and is close to a police station, providing greater security for our guests."
