If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel.
A damage deposit of COP 100,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
