This house built in 1937 inspired by the architectural model imposed by architect Carl Parrish; It was completely restored over 10 years to preserve the original masonry, doors, windows and painted cement floors (Pompeya type). It is spacious, with a large dining room, and a beautiful garden with mango, avocado and banana trees. It is entirely decorated with furniture from the 1930s, Art Deco. It has air conditioning in each room, and everything you need to cook. It has hot water and a laundry room with 2 machines, one for washing and one for drying. It has wifi and TV in the rooms. It is located in the Prado residential neighborhood, with a supermarket and restaurants serving international and local cuisines 2 minutes away
