A very comfortable, minimalistic house, each room has its own mood, it has big and practical common spaces. Ideal for groups and families. Big TV, small yard, good Internet. Walking distance from many parks with cool bars and restaurants, salsa classes, public transport, supermarkets, gym, different sports stadiums, main clinics, and many other attractions. This is a classic family neighborhood, very well located, centered, and equidistant from the north and south of Cali, where the best locations are.
The owners and managers live next door. As long as they are home, they are available.
Silent classical family neighborhood. Small yard inside. Walking distance from many parks with cool bars and restaurants, salsa classes, public transport, supermarkets, gym, different sports stadiums, main clinics, and many other attractions. Walking distance to many interesting city sites and services. Public transport stations nearby. Easy access to the north or the south of the city.
