Come enjoy watching beautiful sunsets over the water in this 4th floor apartment with a private balcony. Enter to the apartment's main living area, which contains a complete kitchen, dining area for 4, living room with sofa and TV, plus minisplit air conditioner. Kitchen appliances include refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, and laundry, plus hot water heater which heats the master bath. Bedrooms each contain a television and minisplit air conditioning unit.
We have owned this property as a second home for 5 years and enjoy coming here regularly to relax and enjoy the beach.
Built in 2017, the Edificio Aragoa is located in the neighborhood of Puente Salguero (near Gaira) in the Rodadero Sur, within walking distance to the beach and all the nightlife of the Rodadero. Building amenities include a pool, dry sauna, Turkish steam room, childrens playground, covered parking, and guest lobby. Aragoa provides 24-hour security services for all residents and guests.
