NEW Apartment!!! The best view of the landscape and the mountains of Huila. Lots of natural ventilation and nature is heard. Fully furnished and decorated with love.
We are a couple of young and enterprising spouses, Nubia and José. We hope to be able to serve you with the greatest pleasure. There is a person in charge of keeping everything in the best condition to ensure you enjoy your stay.
It is a New Residential Complex, at the exit to the south of Huila, thus avoiding transit through the congested city. Nearby is the land transport terminal (5 minutes), the Neiva wholesale market square (2 minutes), the beautiful Ines García de Duran road with the sculptures that teach the eight basic movements of the Sanjuanero Huilense dance. Very close to 10 minutes you can take the Circunvalar de Neiva road where along its route you will find the Monument to the Gaitana, the views of the Magdalena River, the Mirador del Mohan, typical restaurants, purchase of fresh fish and many other special places. 20 minutes away is the beautiful and touristic city of Rivera. It is a very quiet Residential Complex with the best view of the central mountain range and the countryside, wake up to the sound of nature.
