This beautiful newly renovated apartment located in a residential area in Sabaneta. Close to "El Parque de Sabaneta", restaurants, super markets, & drug stores. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer machines, and a balcony. The building has a 24/7 doorman, pool, gym, and parking. Admire the contemporary decor of this open-concept living space and take in the surroundings from this 25th-floor balcony with views of both the city and mountainscapes.
