Whether it’s your first time here or you are Colombian, my goal is you feel like right at home. The apartment has everything you may need or want from kitchen supplies to bathroom amenities. You don’t need to carry extra weight. We got you. TO RENT MY PROPERTY YOU WILL NEED TO MAKE A DEPOSIT TO AVOID NO SHOW. Please be aware booking don't collect the payment therefore, you will be asked to reserve the dates. Also, the building has a resort fee (12.000 col per person) to identify the guests, that would be paid at the reception.

Rodadero is known for being the heart of Santa Marta, and this reputation comes from having absolutely anything you may want or need. Great restaurants, pharmacies, local grocery stores, farmers markets, bars, music, and of course, the peaceful ocean access. All of that right there, just getting outside of the building and walking a block. The ocean is right at the door of the building so you can go for an early swim or a late “parranda”. You will have the option to do your favorite activity.
