The fine print
1. Please keep in mind that the parking allocation time is within the check-in hours from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, after this time, it is subject to availability.
2. The house is located three blocks from the main square, it is located in the same area as the Hotel Villa Pepita Real and a beautiful pergola separates the areas.
3. Internally the house has access to a patio, kitchen after 10:00 am, living room, dining room, fireplace, balconies; Outside, it has a shared BBQ area and the shared pergola area.
4. The person who will serve breakfast and who will look after the guests of the house is housed on the first floor. This room is not part of the occupation of the house. You will be in permanent contact for any questions or requests, in the same way through cell phone and WA the Customer Service people will be available
