Located in Hacienda Pinilla, the most exclusive gated community in the area, Casa 1001 Noches is a breathtaking 8-bedroom villa with a modern, minimalist and tropical vibe. It balances perfectly indoor and outdoor living, with very high ceilings and large windows. It is fully equipped with a huge living-room able to host up to 24 guests. For even larger groups, the next villa (Villa Twilight Tree) can be combined, which is a twin smaller version (5-bed). Dedicated concierge service included.
The house features a beautiful living room with a fully equipped open plan kitchen, a dinner table, a TV lounge, all opened on the outside, with a confortable terrace, sunbeds, a pool, a lounge and an outdoor kitchen with his BBQ, ice machine, fridge and a wide diner table. The house features 8 bedrooms : ❂2 Master bedroom, each with its King-size bed (200x200cm), its private closet, a nice bathroom with indoor and outdoor showers. ❂2 Junior bedroom, each with its King-size bed (200x200cm), a nice bathroom and a TV. ❂4 Family bedroom, each with 2 Queen-size beds (160x200cm), a nice bathroom and a TV. The villa is located in Hacienda Pinilla the most exclusive and secured gated community of the area, at only 1h driving distance from Liberia International airport and within 5min driving (by golf carts) to the beach. Hacienda pinilla offers incredible amenities including a tennis club, a golf, the access to the JW Mariott with its restaurants and the beach club with fitness facilities, pool, conference room, restaurant and bar, and a beautiful beach accessible only for Hacienda Pinilla’s owners and guests. For the surfers, there is an acces to little Hawai as well which is a nice reef break for surfers. The villa is is perfect for families and groups of friends. Everything is fully equipped, brand-new, made with high end furnitures and appliances and all the spaces affords every guest to have some privacy. The housekeeper service is included from Monday to Saturday (except holidays). A dedicated concierge is included and at guests' disposal to organize their dream vacation in Costa Rica. Please don’t hesitate to ask for our detailed list of activities and services.
