**In alignment with public health recommendations, Special Places managed properties are taking measures which include enhanced cleaning and disinfection procedures** **In order to maintain the desired capacity at the Reserva Conchal Beach Club, as of December 1, 2021, the QR code for vacination will be requested to every customer who visits the Beach Club. This comes as a result of the government pressuring businesses to request the QR code to prevent its maximum capacity being reduced.** Bougainvillea 1204 at Reserva Conchal is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath beauty at one of the finest beachfront resorts in all of Central America. The furnishings are simply superb in this sumptuous home, as are the views of the world-class Reserva Conchal golf course, designed by Robert Trent Jones II. Recently remodeled and repainted, this sumptuous home is air-conditioned and fully equipped, featuring a huge kitchen with granite countertops and bar, plus a dining table that seats six. As part of the verification, you will need to choose between paying a refundable security deposit (which includes a non-refundable 2% processing fee) or purchasing a non-refundable damage waiver, which protects you in case of accidental damage during your stay. We strongly recommend the damage waiver, as it provides peace of mind and avoids tying up funds with a deposit. Both the TRUVI verification and your selection of either the deposit or the damage waiver must be completed prior to your arrival. Failure to complete either step may result in being denied access to the property and forfeiting the rental without refund. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Refunds are determined by cancellation policies, and in addition, SPCR charges a 5% cancellation fee over the total booking amount or a minimum of USD 75 and added 13%, plus any applicable merchant fees. This will be withheld from any refund on a deposit. Refunds will be processed to the credit card on file, or via wire transfer if deposit was made by wire transfer. SPCR recommends travel insurance to cover any unforeseeable contingencies.
