In Central Avenue Cando Living provides apartments. Fully equipped with towels and toiletries. National Museum are across the street and National Theater of Costa Rica is 1969 feet from Cando Living. Has restaurants and bars, all within 3 minutes walk. We have the largest grocery store in downtown San José in the same block and 5 parks and plazas within a 4 block radius. We have a bakery on premises. Costa Rica's Congress, and the historic district of Barrio Otoya and Amón, few steps away from the botanical gardens. Here you’ll find the art galleries, restaurants and boutiques that have taken over the colonial mansions once home to the coffee barons. Now they’re home to the artists and designers, entrepreneurs and coders. Candó Living is an exclusive aparthotel for professionals and travelers who want to stay in a quiet place to visit San José, work, rest or move to other places in the country. If what you are looking for is sex tourism, this is not the right place for you given our security policies.

Once the guest's reservation is received, Candó Living will send a payment link, via email, with the corresponding amount to proceed with the payment and the final confirmation of the stay.
If 24 hours before check-in, the reservation has not been paid, Candó reserves the right to release the room.
If the credit card details provided by the client are invalid or incomplete, Candó reserves the right not to reserve the room.
If the client does not respond to the payment messages for their reservation, once the grace period for cancelation has elapsed, Candó will proceed to release the room.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
