I speak English and Spanish, and grew up in Costa Rica since I was 3 years old. I live here with my family, dogs and horses. We are new on this platform but are on the other platforms with very good reviews.

Property information

We've created a small community of homes around a central pool and rancho in Lagartillo. The property has easy access to the beach path. Lagartillo is between the popular Avellanas and Playa Negra, perfect location for surfers wanting nearby surf, or Lagartillo itself is a great local family spot for kids, it's known locally as a calmer beach for families.

Neighbourhood information

Playa Negra and Avellanas are renowned beaches in Costa Rica for surf and for their beauty. It's a relaxed small town feeling here, still on dirt roads with a slow pace of life.
