Wake up listening to crashing waves at this brand new ground level 2 bed 2 bath beachfront condo. Located on Potrero Beach two minute walk to the Sailing Center and ten minute walk to the new Marina in Flamingo Beach. Potrero is a lively town with many bars and restaurants all which are walkable. The beach is calm and kid friendly. Three smart TVs, home alarm, designated workspace, laundry, private patio, bbq area, pool/spa, and parking. Beautiful beachfront sunsets from your patio!
Beachfront Surfside neighborhood. Frutería, coffee, and medical services located right next door. Walk along the beach to the Sailing Center, many beachfront restaurants, and new Marina. Also walkable to downtown Potrero for many bars and restaurants. 5 min drive to Playa Flamingo, 10 mins to Las Catalinas. 20 mins to Playa Grande, 30 mins to Tamarindo. If you stay in Potrero Beach you don’t need a car. You can rent a golf cart for Playa Flamingo and Potrero. If you would like to explore further, you will need a rental car.
