This newly renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is a true gem. With its amenities, beautiful views, and unbeatable location, it's the perfect place to call home during your time in Playas del Coco. Soak in the beautiful shared pool, or take a short 5 minute walk to the beach, shops or restaurants.

Neighbourhood information

The Las Palmas neighborhood is one of the town’s most famous areas. It is well-known for its lush landscaping and 24/7 security. All condos located in the area are a maximum of a 5-minute walk away from the beach. One of Las Palmas residents’ favorite plazas is Pueblito (North and South). The two plazas comprise of various restaurants, offices, a coffee shop, and a grocery store. The main strip of the town is only a 5-minute walk either on the main road or on the beach. The central strip offers many restaurants, supermarkets, shops, bars, and nightlife.
