The Casitas are newly remodeled with new furniture and appliances and each with there own washroom (en-suite) and private entrance, comfy king bed, A/C, ceiling fan and many amenities at hand for your convenience (BBQ, outdoor kitchen/dining, Coffee, tea). The property is first-rate for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. Sámara is an ideal tropical getaway; you will fall in love with this area. The philosophy behind Casa Vistas del Rio is to provide a comfortable, private, safe and relaxing, natural tropical environment for adult guests. The property is surrounded by tropical birds and wildlife and is frequently visited by families of talkative howler monkeys!! Casa Vistas del Rio is conveniently located 4 minutes to Samara Beach (one of Costa Rica’s natural, pristine beaches), restaurants and stores. The entire courtyard is for your enjoyment, comfort and convenience. The courtyard consists of the casita, lap pool, outdoor kitchen, dining area and private parking behind an electronic gate. The property is maintained regularly by an onsite care taker who is available as needed.

With all my business travel experience I created this rental property with attention and detail to make it the ultimate family getaway or the business travelers home away from home. The space is designed for you to experience complete comfort and relaxation ensuring a stress-free visit.
The property is situated in the hills above Samara. We are a 4 minute drive to town and the beach. This tropical paradise is surrounded by two world class beaches with surfing, snorkeling, tranquil beach walks, shopping and restaurants. You wil love it here, nestled beside a river, surrounded by nature , you are guaranteed to have a memorable stay! It's the best of both worlds; float in the pool for some peace and quiet, when you want it. 4 minutes away, the beach and bustle of town.
