The fine print
Prior arrangements need to be done if check in is to occur after the scheduled check in time of 6PM. We do have a system of lockboxes, but this needs to be arranged and approved by latest noon of the check in date, otherwise it will not be possible to check in, and the reservation will be viewed as a no-show.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A damage deposit of US$100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
