**In alignment with public health recommendations, Special Places managed properties are taking measures which include enhanced cleaning and disinfection procedures** Wow! A 3-bedroom, 2-bath wonder on the third floor, Pacifico L-815 in Coco is decorated with a unique driftwood and glass ceiling lamp in the dining room, hanging over a square table for six. The living room features nice faux-leather furniture and a big wall-mounted TV, and the balcony offers dining for four and sweeping views of mountains, swimming pool and red tile roofs. The master bedroom has a king bed, TV, two-tone brown walls and a golden-brown dresser in the same style as the dining room and bar stools, which are accented with blue cushions. The other bedrooms have a queen bed and two double beds. Where to Go from Pacifico L-815, Coco If you don’t feel like cooking in the granite kitchen, head down to the poolside restaurant/bar or any of the hopping restaurants in downtown Playa del Coco, where there’s a fabulous beach within a five-minute drive. Playas del Coco is the centerpiece tourism attraction of Costa Rica’s sumptuous Gold Coast, brimming with sights to see and things to do.

Pacifico Pacifico is an exclusive resort community in the heart of Playas del Coco, with easy access to the beach, the high-end Auto Mercado supermarket and the Village Shops, anchored by a Hard Rock Café. Pacifico features resort-style swimming pools, a poolside bar and grill, and an offsite beach club with a restaurant, bar and pool right on the ocean. Pacifico offers 24/7 gated, guarded security and the convenience of a central location where it’s not much of a hike to the beach. There may be no better home base from which to explore the vibrant and funky Playas del Coco. Playas del Coco This big town/little city on Costa Rica’s Gold Coast has it all, starting with a gorgeous, blue-green bay dotted with fishing boats, dive boats and sailboats offering sunset tours. In front of the popular beach is a winding promenade with a basketball court and skate park, and the area is rich in hotels, restaurants, bars and stores catering to every need. Known for its vibrant nightlife as much as its chill pace, Playas del Coco claims to have been the first beach town in Guanacaste reachable by road. Its proximity to the Liberia airport is a plus, and it’s even closer to the nearby beach towns of Ocotal and Hermosa. You will be contacted via email, text, or app notification with instructions to complete this process. As part of the verification, you will need to choose between paying a refundable security deposit (which includes a non-refundable 2% processing fee) or purchasing a non-refundable damage waiver, which protects you in case of accidental damage during your stay. We strongly recommend the damage waiver, as it provides peace of mind and avoids tying up funds with a deposit. Both the TRUVI verification and your selection of either the deposit or the damage waiver must be completed prior to your arrival. Failure to complete either step may result in being denied access to the property and forfeiting the rental without refund. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Refunds are determined by cancellation policies, and in addition, SPCR charges a 5% cancellation fee over the total booking amount or a minimum of USD 75 and added 13%, plus any applicable merchant fees. This will be withheld from any refund on a deposit. Refunds will be processed to the credit card on file, or via wire transfer if deposit was made by wire transfer. SPCR recommends travel insurance to cover any unforeseeable contingencies.
