Beautiful beachfront house for up to ten people. Just in front (30 mts) of a white sandy beach and surrounded by nature. Great coral reef for snorkeling . Puerto Viejo town with all amenities and nightlife only a few km away (7 min by car). Small grocery shop and restaurants within walking distance. Garden full of flora and fauna, monkeys , toucans, etc. are usually seen . Sea is usually calm, clear and very safe for swimming and snorkeling.

A mix of locals and foreign people live in the Punta Uva beach and in the area in general. You can get around by bicycle or car. You have a couple of restaurants and a small grocery within a walking distance
