Beautiful condo located 7 minute walk from Beach and restaurants. No need for a car but parking and security is included. Several outdoor spaces including secluded front patio steps away from the pool, back yard space and a veranda off master bedroom. Den converts into 2nd bedroom in minutes. Granite counter in fully equipped kitchen. Flat screen TV's and cold air conditioning in Master and Den.
We are a Canadian couple that recently purchased our condo in Costa Rica after discovering how beautiful the country is. We are excited about this new adventure and can't wait to make your vacation extra special. Dave and LeeAnne We will be available by text or email if any concerns arise. Summertime Property Management is a short walk away and will tend to any concerns.
Close to all amenities including restaurants, beach, bars, nightlife, grocery stores, banks, car rental. Security on premises. Easy access to cabs, shuttles, public transit, car rentals and excursions. Shared parking on premises.
