Villa Laia is a beautiful ocean view villa located in one of the central mountains just 5 minutes driving from the main street of Santa Teresa. The house was made thinking to offer tourists who come to visit us everything they need to be comfortable and to be able to enjoy the famous Santa Teresa sunset from the living room of the house or inside our large infinity pool. We have two master rooms with a king size bed and a private bathroom for each one and an excellent sea view. The room upstairs has access to a balcony and the room below has access to a garden with grass and plants. We also have a beautiful lunch next to the pool with armchairs and a gas grill area. A 4x4 or atv/quad is needed to get to the house and be able to enjoy the silence and nature and at the same time be very close to everything! At the beginning of the mountain there are 4 of the bests restaurants and going down you can find a variety of shops and supermarkets.
We look forward to receiving you and making you have an excellent experience at Villa Laia! Our managers will wait you for check you in, and will be available before and all your stay to help you booking tours, activities, or simply advice on where to eat and what to do!
A 4x4 or atv/quad is needed to acces to the house! At the beginning of the mountain you will find the bests option of restaurant to eat such as El Corazon, Brukas, Kojis and Amicci, and also the beach access. Going down you can find a variety of shops and supermarkets. Located only 9 minutes from El Cruce, Playa Carmen.
