On top of the cliffs of the exclusive gated community Cas Abou , within walking distance of the 2 private beaches that the resort has to offer, lies this villa with a spacious outdoor area and a breathtaking 180-degree sea view. The villa consists of two independent living floors, each with its own swimming pool. Villa Lahara Penthouse is on the second floor and has a bedroom, a bathroom and a very spacious outdoor area with a private swimming pool and another connecting room at the back of the penthouse, with a lounge area and an outdoor shower. Interior space The entrance opens into a long hall that provides access to a staircase that takes you to Lahara Penthouse. At the top of the stairs is a separate door that provides access to Lahara Penthouse. From the driveway along the house you will reach a private parking space at the top. Upon entering, you are welcomed by a spacious and open living area, where large glass sliding doors give direct access to the generous roof terrace. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities, ideal for preparing delicious meals. The penthouse has a comfortable bedroom, a luxurious bathroom and a separate study for those who want to combine work and relaxation. Here you will experience complete peace, privacy and a panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea. Whether you want to relax in the sun or dine under the stars in the evening, Lahara Penthouse offers the perfect setting for a dream vacation. Outdoor space The real eye-catcher of Lahara Penthouse is the impressive outdoor area.
