Welcome to your home away from home, nestled in the heart of Ormidhia village! This spacious abode is not just a house; it is your ticket to 185 square meters of pure vacation bliss. Forget about the mundane; we have all the bells and whistles to make your stay memorable. Now, let us talk location. Ormidhia is not just a dot on the map; it is a vibrant small town with all you need: Cafes restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, banks, flower shops, etc. And guess what? The Ormideia sea and Coastal area is practically your neighbor; just a casual one-KM stroll away. We are only 20 minutes away from Larnaca Airport and Ayia Napa; the beachy wonderland, is a mere 15-minute jaunt from your doorstep. Now, let us delve into the space itself—a swanky, recently fully renovated penthouse fit for the vacation royalty (that is you!). The entrance is leading to a chic staircase that is practically begging you to ascend. Three bedrooms that can host up to 6 people! The master bedroom is a whopping 20 square meters—fit for a king or a queen. And can we talk about the built-in bathroom and walk-in shower? It is so posh! But wait, we have Two large verandas with a view that could make your morning coffee taste even better. The 36 square meters living area is like your personal kingdom—TV, sofas, tables, chairs, and a fireplace that is sadly just for show. Now, let us venture into the kitchen. Its 25 square meters of cooking magic. We have everything from electric eyes to an espresso coffee maker alongside all utensils. Parking? Oh, we have you covered. It is on the left side of the outer building a spot just for you. We have also Internet / Wi-Fi to watch your Netflix favorites. A taxi to Ayia Napa is only 15m away along with Public transport buses passing outside the house. Many traditional taverns are nearby as no-one can resist local cuisine? I am Andreas. I am married to Agathi and have 4 adult children. I have retired as a Senior Police Officer and I have plenty of free time to take care of our Airbnb house and all guests. I have a very good knowledge of the Tourist industry and in specific about tourists holiday needs. I have graduated from a UK University with a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree. I endeavor to be available throughout your stay to address all potential issues or concerns and make your stay as enjoyable as possible. My personal interests and hobbies include jogging, cycling, walking in the nature, managing my house swimming pool and fixing house things alongside with writing contents and creating, editing videos in my son's Rodaportal YouTube Channel. My lovely wife Agathi who owns the property works for the last 35 years in the Hotel Tourist Industry in Ayia Napa as a Front Office Manager and is fully aware of guests needs and tourist industry requirements. We are both committed and very keen to ensure all our guests have an enjoyable and happy stay at our recently fully renovated, modern stylish and spacious house!
Its a very quiet neighborhood. Its only 15 minutes drive from Ayia Napa; the largest tourist resort of the island of Cyprus where you can find everything that will make your stay very enjoyable; from nice sandy beaches, coastal areas to restaurants, night clubs, pubs and archaeological sites including museums, etc. Our house is in a coastal area of Ormideia and the sea is only 1 kilometer away. Its visible from our house terrace. Its 5 m walk or 2 m drive. There is public transport spot only 30 meters away from the house with scheduled timetable that goes either to Ayia Napa or Larnaca direction. The village itself, has plenty of nearby restaurants, Pitsa shops, kebab takeaway shops, bakeries, coffee-shops, supermarkets, flower shops, banks, kiosks and other amenities.
