I, reside on the upper floor of the property, so if there is any assistance you need, either about the property itself, or getting around, suggesting places that may interest you, etc, I will be happy to assist you. I will try my best to offer good quality accommodation.

Property information

The property comprises a very spacious good quality furnished family studio, with all necessary appliances for a comfortable stay. It has a double bed and a double sofa bed, dining area and sitting area, private shower and toilet, of a total internal area of 70sq. Outside there is also a very spacious veranda of 30 sqm with sitting area, and with barbeque facilities offering nice green surrowndings from the trees at the front of the property as well as natural shade and privacy. The studio is indepedent, with its own private front central entrance, and can be accessed at any time, through self check in/out.

Neighbourhood information

The property is within a 5 minunte walk -1 minute drive, to Limasol Casino and MyMall shopping centre which are key attraction areas for limassol visitors. It is also a two minute drive to LAdy's Mile beach, offering a chance to swim in its shallow waters suitable for families, of visit a restaurant along the beach for fresh fish. The property is also a 7 minute drive to Limassol Marina(restaurants, pubs) and key attraction area, at the city centre, and the phasouri waterpark(water games), offering different attractions that interest visitors.The neigbourhood is very quiet, near a green area, and with minimal traffic resided by families. There is easy proximity to the highway. Troodos mountain is a 35 minute drive for mountain lovers. Paphos and Larnaca airport are a 45 minute drive from Limassol.
