Property information

'Androula Villas Collection' is comprised of 3 detached villas (Villa Charianna, Villa Olivetta and Villa Constantinos) situated within private grounds. Guests have exclusive access to 3 private swimming pools, making it an ideal retreat for large groups who wish to stay together. With a total capacity to accommodate up to 22 guests, these detached villas offer the perfect blend of privacy and shared spaces for a memorable vacation. The air-conditioning in the bedrooms is provided free of charge. There is an additional unit in the lounge and if you wish to use it, there is a daily charge of 30 euros, payable locally direct to the owner. As per BeachVillas’s Terms and Conditions, all groups of travellers under the age of 25 years are required to pay the Refundable Security Deposit (RSD). The RSD is 150 EUR per person, and covers each traveller provide against damages and breakages. In case of any damages or breakages, BeachVillas will have the right to use the sufficient amount to cover the costs of replacements and repairs. Providing nothing is broken the full amount is refunded to the traveller after their departure.
