Just 150 meters walk to the blue flag Pernera beach and water park, these 4 luxury newly renovated 3 bedroom villas with private pool, are located in the resort center, right in the heart of Ayia Napa. Spacious both inside and out, they are ideal for a relaxing holiday whilst being close to all the resort has to offer. Each villa can accommodate 6 people plus 1 extra person with a camp bed and extra charge 40 euro/day. Any type of extra bed or baby cot is provided upon request. The villa has an open-plan living and dining area, with widescreen TV and comfortable seating. The kitchen has everything required for a comfortable self-catering stay and there is a separate utility room. Angie I2 is a Ground floor villa with two double and one twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. The other 3 villas have a floor. Upstairs, there are a double and a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and access to a balcony. There is a spacious family bathroom, family bathroom with a W/C and a shower with a W/C. Outside, the villa has a spacious garden area with a large private pool. On the veranda there is plenty of room for sunbathing and outside dining. Free 50GB WIFI is available.
Welcome box of 2 bottles of water and a wine if the reservation is for more than 6 night. If reservation is for less than 6 nights we offer 1 bottle of mineral water. Our people will help you to rent a car or a bicycle, and give you any information you may need. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and Greek taverns. For breakfast, lunch and dinner you can easily order through foody, wolt or bolt. We are at your disposal if you have any emergencies! You can call us on our mobile phone or you can e-mailed to us daily from 09:00am-21.00pm. Your password for the lock box will be e-mailed to you. Prioritizing our customers’ satisfaction, we proceeded in hiring specialized personnel for cleaning. In our accommodations we take all the necessary measures for health and safety!
