Hi Geoffrey here. originally from USA, I moved to Cyprus in 1996. Started a small tax planning company with my partner and in 2017 'retired' to focus on vacation rental business. I know the island, the best (and worst) restaurants, the places to go, etc. No request is too small!

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located maisonette, 2 minutes from the beach—free Private parking. Walk to everything - Starbucks, Supermarket, Restaurants, the Beach, etc. 'Smack Dab' In the middle of Limassol's tourist area, is this lovely two-bedroom Maisonette with all the amenities you need. Smart TV, Netflix, High speed (200Mpbs) internet, SMEG refrigerator, Nespresso Machine, Microwave, private patio with sun loungers and free parking if needed. Mediterranean design and complete comfort.

Neighbourhood information

What can I say this place is right in the middle of Limassol's famous 'tourist area" but dont worry about the name "tourist area" its basically just in middle of Limassol on the seafront near ALL shops, pubs, restaurants, the Beach etc. You can walk to everything!! There is even a kids' playground on the beach 100 meters from the property.
