This is a room in a home stay, not in a hotel. If you are the person who enjoy homey atmosphere, socialising when you feel like it with the host over a coffee/tea or a glass of wine and a bit of a chit chat then this is the place for you! A deluxe sunny and airy bedroom in a modern homestay with separate bathroom next to it. A bedside table, a working desk and a lot of closet space will make your stay comfortable. It has access to a veranda and it is a part of a high end spacious superior 4 bedroom penthouse honored for its high standards cleaning and top hospitality. Utilities and cooking facilities included. Excellent location near the center and all amenities. Bus stop 2 minutes walk. Old city and central bus station 20 minutes walk. Free Parking. Pets live in the property.

Neighbourhood information

Some very good restaurants, coffee shops and take away are just a few minutes walk from the accommodation. Three parks are also in the area should you like a stroll in the natura. Your host will guide you once you make your wishes known to him.
