Comfortable 3-bedroom Villa with the option of folding couches in the living room, each for 1-2 people. There are 3 bathrooms in the villa, for your maximum comfort. 3 televisions with the option of watching domestic TV stations or Netflix. The latest XBOX gaming console with Ultimate subscription. New 65" Samsung TV in the living room. Balcony with sea view and newly installed awning. An exclusive kitchen designed for this villa is available. American two-zone refrigerator with an ice maker so that you always have ice available. Dishwasher, washing machine, excellent induction electric hot plate, toaster, microwave, oven, sandwich maker, 2 electric grills, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, frape machine, fully equipped with dishes, cutlery, knives. Alcohol freezer for you. Outdoor seating for a coffee break. Seating with outdoor charcoal grill and patio by the exclusive new pool. 1/3 designated for non-swimmers and the rest for others with a depth of over 2.2 meters. Chairs and sunbeds with tables and umbrellas available by the pool. And of course a jacuzzi for 6 people with heating and filtration
Hi. My name is David. Our family's dream was to provide accommodation. We started with the apartment and now we continue with the house. We hope you will like our house. I wish you a pleasant stay.
The villa was completely renovated in the summer of 2022. With a perfect location, the sea and the beach are at the end of the street, about 4 minutes on foot. Shops and restaurants, car rental are on the street 70 meters at the other end of the street. So everything you need for your perfect, unforgettable vacation is just a few minutes away. The street is very quiet. Parking for 2 cars available. Also bicycles and fishing rods for a fee (for now only a trial service). If necessary, we can arrange a taxi pick-up from the airport, or rent a car right in front of the airport terminal entrance. The beaches in the vicinity are sandy and provide a gradual entrance to the sea. In the surrounding area, you can take a beautiful walk around 4 beaches. Beaches have plastic catering facilities. Various cultural events are often held on the nearest beach. Sunbeds and umbrellas can be rented on the beach for a fee - cheap. There are no jellyfish in the area!
