The property is a 50m2 fully equipped luxury apartment, with covered veranda, in the Municipality of Latsia-Geri, 35 minutes by car from Larnaca and 15 minutes from the center of Nicosia. Just 5 minutes walk from Olympic Supermarket, 7 minutes by car from AlphaMega Hypermarket and Sklavenitis Latsia Hypermarket, 8 minutes from Mall of Cyprus, General Hospital, IKEA and other well-known stores for the convenience of the residents. Ideal for small family or singles for business or pleasure.
