My biggest goal and success is to keep guest happy, to enjoy a safe and comfort stay away from home to a beautiful and clean space. I am happy when guest arrive safely, give them easy access with detailed instructions and have a smooth check in to the property. I want guest to consider this house their home away from home, even if they stay for a few days. Even if there is not staff on the side as it’s a self serviced apartment, as a host I am always available and guests can reach me for any help or questions, any time!

All you need to work, cook and live in a stylish and quiet, new 55sqm apartment in the centre of Engomi. You have the entire apartment available, with full privacy as you do not share any common areas. Being located on the side of the building is extremely quiet. A big balcony, equipped with an outdoor dinner table, connected with the living room gives an air of bigger space. KITCHEN: fully equipped with cooking pots, cutlery, plates and water & wine glasses, plus a Nespresso, kettle, toaster & microwave. LIVING ROOM SPACE: A comfortable corner sofa, coffee tables, a lighting full body mirror & a smart 40inches TV with free access to Netflix BEDROOM: Comfortable king size (160cmX200cm) mattress of the best quality and comfort with four soft pillows are offered. Side tables with a lamp. Black out curtains and an extra full body mirror. Big wardrobe space. BATHROOM: Shower with protected glass, body soap, Shampoo, conditioner and hand liquid included. Of course towels are offered. The apartment features all comforts such as AC in all rooms, free wifi, washing machine and dry rack, hair dryer, clothing iron and board Check-in is after 04:00pm and check-out is before 11:00am, but we are flexible according to the availability. So let us know before you arrive so that we may find a solution which is best for you!

Neighbourhood information

Centrally located in Engomi area. Just a breath away from Engomi mall, many clothing shops, coffee shops and restaurants. There is nothing you may search near and not be able to find. A busy area but also quiet, due to this apartment orientation, at the same time. Hairdresser, Gym, walking path, supermarket, banks. All you need with easy access to all. Very close to Nicosia Uni and C2 Casino.
