Property information

The Villa is located in a quiet beach view area in the outskirts of Kiti village. It's ideal for family holidays. It's 3 minutes away by car to the nearest beach and less than 15 minutes from Larnaka airport (9km). With 3 acres of land full of olive, citrus and other trees, it brings a sense of peacefulness and safety. Guests can have access to a fully equipped kitchen, air-conditioned in all 5 bedrooms and living room. It offers 3 bathrooms, barbecue and terrace.Also guests can go cycling nearby. Kindly be reminded that the electricity up to 35 kwh per day is included. Further consumption will be charged extra and costs 35 cents per kWh. A DAMAGE DEPOSIT OR EXCESSIVE ELECTRICITY USAGE OF 150 EURO WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE PAID AS A CASH PAYMENT ON ARRIVAL. It will be returned to the checkout and subject to an inspection of the property. ONE-NIGHT reservations have an additional preparation charge of 100 Euros which should be paid in cash on arrival. JULY - AUGUST minimum stay is 6 nights. (Unless there is a gap between reservations) MAY, JUNE and SEPTEMBER minimum stay is 5 nights.
