Lemon Tree Villa is a delightful two bedroom villa in Ayia Triada situated just 150 metres from the picturesque beach, harbour and church at Ayia Triada. It has a newly refurbished private pool, hot tub, barbecue area and delightful terrace with stunning views of Ayia Triada where you can watch the sun rise over the harbour in the morning. The villa is fully air conditioned, has free wifi and TV that includes all Sky and BT channels. It is within 10 minutes walking distance of Kapparis' shops, bars and restaurants. Watersports are available near by. The villa is just a 2-minute walk to the bus stop. Buses leave for Pernera, Protaras and Ayia Napa and Paralimni regularly throughout the day and night. The popular resorts of Ayia Napa and Prtaras are just a 15-20 minute drive away. The villa sleeps up to 6 adults. There are 2 bedrooms. One bedroom contains twin beds, the other contains a double bed. The lounge has a sofa bed that can accommodate two people. A self-inflating blow-up bed is also available if required. A travel cot is provided for babies. A highchair and safety gate are also provided free of charge. The dining area has a table and chairs for six people. The lounge has a free-standing fan and a ceiling fan. There is a fully fitted kitchen with quartz worktop, fridge, cooker, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, cooking utensils and crockery. The villa also has a washing machine. ironing board and iron. The newly refurbished bathroom has a walk-in shower. Pool towels are also provided. For stays over 10 days a linen change will be provieded free of charge.

My family and I have been regular visitors to Cyprus for many years. We love Cyprus and decided to buy an apartment in Kapparis which we have let out for a number of years. We then saw Lemon Tree Villa in Ayia Triada, fell in love with it and bought it! We like to share our little bit of heaven with others. As Kapparis is an all year round resort the villa is ideal for longer-term, out of season rentals and special rates can be negotiated. Please enquire if this is something you might be interested in. We would be delighted to answer any questions that you may have.

The villa is in a perfect location - just 150 metres to Trinity beach and Ayia Triada Harbour. It is just a short drive away fro the busier resorts of Ayia Napa, Protaras and Pernera. Water sports are close by. Restaurants, bars, a 24 hour bakery and shops are within ten minutes walking distance of the villa.
