The villa is a 19th century built (est. around 1890 ), fully renovated in 2008 in an effort that lasted 5 years. It endorses 3 different, self accommodated houses each one having a unique character. It embraces a retro style and it was built mainly using materials that were used when it was first inhabited but in a modern and safe way. Lots of windows and thick walls made of stone, all built around a central garden with a swimming pool which gives it a true gasp of the Cypriot architecture. The villa embraces the past with now days in a very unique way.
The nearest airport is Larnaka airport approximately 25 minutes away from the house .
Little stone house :
The house embraces a combination of a lounge and a kitchen area, along with air conditioning, making it ideal for summer and winter. The house is designed in an elegant style to combine traditional and modern worlds.
The house provides cooking facilities, cooker and oven where you can cook your own breakfast with the traditional breakfast ingredients provided . There is a sofa bed and a double bed in the bedroom area, there is also a supermarket right next door to the house (10 steps away). Other facilities available: Jacuzzi, flat screen TV in the living room and also in the bedroom, bed linen and towels are also available.
Lymbia is located at an extremely advantageous position, since it is in the middle of two urban centers Nicosia and Larnaka. It is only a 20-minute drive to the capital city of Nicosia and 15 minutes away from Larnaka where you can visit many beautiful beaches and restaurants.
