On 130m² living space you will find 2 balconies, 2 bathrooms, 1 fitness room, 1 fully equipped kitchen and a huge dining and living area. Inclusive: -Queensize Bed -TV -Netflix -100 MBit Highspeed Internet -Blender -BBQ Grill -Hair Dryer and much more! Your room... ... was recently renovated with a color concept in which the colors anthracite, white and gold dominate. You have a lot of space in the built-in closet, there are two bedside tables and matching decorations. The living and dining area ... ... invites you to have a cozy meal, if desired to use the table as a workplace for laptops or to watch a film on Netflix (included for free). The kitchen... ... offers you everything you need to cook or warm up your food! The balcony... ... is my personal favorite place, I love it! The extra-large sofa is ideal for sunbathing or watching the sunset in the evening. The fitness room... ... is located in the upper part of the maisonette accomodation.
