This brand new, cozy two-story house has just been built and features 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 1 guest toilet. With a separate kitchen and an open-plan living/ dining room, it offers versatility and comfort. Fully air-conditioned and fully equipped to meet your needs, it ensures year-round comfort. Located a few minutes' walk from Dasoudi beach it offers the allure of coastal living with the convenience of local amenities nearby and private parking for two cars. No smoking indoors.
Beach is within 500 metres which is a short 6 minute walk. Shops and lovely restaurants with entertainment also close by.
