Stylish brand new 1-bedroom apartment in quiet area of Strovolos. It has sitting space with comfortable sofa and TV. There is fast wifi, A/C units and heaters. Bathroom with a shower and a spacious bedroom with TV as well. Kitchen and dining area with all the necessary amenities, includes an oven,toaster,kettle,coffee
machine as well as washing machine, iron or hair dryer.
The flat has covered parking. Walking distance to coffee shop, bakery, pharmacy..The city centre is few minutes away by car.
