Air conditioning for the living room area is optional, paid locally and charges are as follows:

The outdoor hot tub costs EUR 65 per day and paid locally. It can be booked for a minimum of 4 days, and needs to be requested at least 2 days in advance.
Oceania Villa:
Air conditioning for the living room area is optional, paid locally and charges are as follows:
-EUR 35 per day for the large living area
Please note that in case of a wedding or event at the property, a wedding/event surcharge is applicable of Euros 650.00 and is payable locally in cash upon arrival.
A damage deposit of € 650 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
