A stunning ultra modern four Bedroom 7 Star beach-front villa in a gated beautifully maintained complex at the beach of Pervolia. A magnificent double storey villa with unparalleled views. The ground level consists of : * Open plan kitchen with all pertinent appliances( Fridge/Freezer, Dish Washer, Stove etc. * A spacious living room area equipped with A/C & Heating, LED TV with Internet & SKY Channels. * A utility (laundry) room. * Toilet Facilities. * Bedroom with en suite. Upper Level consists of: * Three additional bedrooms one with en suite leading out to a huge veranda with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. * There is an additional room that leads into the same veranda with the same stunning sea views, Outside, there is an additional toilet/shower with a beautiful maintained garden and a swimming pool, BBQ & Bar area. * A gate separates the Garden from the beach. * All amenities ( Restaurants, Supermarkets, Shops etc.) are within a 3 minute drive * The property is located within a 5 minute drive of Larnaca International Airport.
