A detached three-bedroom villa, located in a beautiful place of Polis town. It has an individual swimming pool and beautiful green areas. Only five minutes’ walk to the sea. Family bathroom, En-suite shower room, guest toilet. Fully equipped kitchen. Wi-Fi and satellite TV, private parking available. The villa is fully air-conditioned. The villa is surrounded with a green fence along the entire perimeter, and has trees and bushes. Each bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables, spacious built-in wardrobes. The main bedroom has private bathroom and pool view balcony. Additional guest toilet is located on the ground floor. The fully equipped kitchen has a refrigerator, a washing machine and a dishwasher, an electric cooker with an extractor and an oven, electric kettle, a toaster, utensils and necessary cutlery. From the kitchen and the lounge of the villa, there is an access to the patio of the pool. The spacious living room has two light-colored leather sofas and a coffee table, TV with satellite channels and wireless internet. A dining table and six chairs are located in the lounge, next to the kitchen. Outside furniture, plastic table and four chairs.
Necessary infrastructure facilities, supermarket Papantoniou and shops of various orientations, located within 1.5 kilometers from the villa, Four km from the villa is the popular tourist village of Latchi, which is famous for its luxurious beaches and beautiful sea, as well as fish taverns.
