The complex consists of a four-story building, divided into blocks with covered parking. Quiet, friendly neighbors and location provide comfort, coziness and safety to residents. The apartments are located on the second floor of the building and there is an elevator. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay including a cot. The pool area is available from April 1st to October 31st (two separate sun loungers available). The apartments have fiber optic high-speed Internet (Primetel)
The Universal area is the most developed, famous for its location, developed transport infrastructure (there are public transport stops nearby) and safety. Across the street is the best gym in town, as well as a restaurant and grocery shop.
