Luxury 3 bedroom 3 bathroom Villa with a private pool and garden. Ideally located in the lovely town of Pernera near Protaras with a 2 minute walk to Pernera Beaches. The villa has been carefully furnished to include every detail you would expect making this property feel like you are home from home. There is a minimarket just 1 minute away along with many bars and restaurants. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances you may need for your stay including fridge/freezer,cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave, and all ironing facilities. Listed Prices include 250KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.40/Kwh. This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.

Neighbourhood information

Cape Greco, also known as Cavo Greco, is a headland in the south-eastern part of the district. It is at the southern end of Famagusta Bay. It is frequently visited by many tourists for its natural beauty. It is a protected costal nature park. From the high points on the cliff that rests at the cape one can view amazing sights out to sea. According to local legend it is also the home of the 'Ayia Napa sea monster'. This superb retreat lies on the seashore of one of the islands best resorts, surrounded by lush gardens, just .5 km from the centre of Protaras, 5 km from the town of Paralimni, and only a short stroll away from the restaurants, bars and shopping centre.
